This is a truss rod wrench for adjusting American Standard and American Deluxe Stratocasters, etc. from Fender USA.
The 1/8-inch wrench is a long type so that it does not interfere with strings or tuning pegs, as it is mainly used for adjustment from the headstock side.
For models like the American Deluxe and Jeff Beck Stratocaster, the truss rod hole is extremely shallow, so you need to insert the inch-sized wrench firmly and turn it carefully. Using a domestic 3mm wrench may strip the bolt head, so it is recommended not to use one.
It is quite long, allowing you to turn the rod without damaging the hole.
